Reservation conditions

Book now, pay on arrival. To guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card number. A pre-authorization may be made.

No prepayment required.

Check-in at the hotel between 3:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

For late arrivals (after 10:30 p.m.), you must contact the hotel by phone on the day of your arrival. Otherwise, if the hotel has not been able to make specific arrangements for a late arrival, it may consider the reservation canceled due to a no-show, and cancellation conditions may apply.

The hotel will be entitled to re-rent the room.

On the day of departure from the hotel, the room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival!

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival, the first night will be charged.

Penalties and disturbances:

The team at the Hôtel des Cèdres is very concerned about the well-being and tranquility of its guests.
Therefore, it reserves the right to ask anyone who causes a disturbance in the establishment to leave early, without any compensation or refund.
A lump sum of €300 may be charged for noise disturbance.

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Any smell of tobacco will result in a flat-rate charge of €100 per night.

Any damage to the room will result in a minimum flat-rate charge of €300 (and more if necessary).
Damage includes, but is not limited to:
• breakage of equipment in the room or common areas (bedding, light fixtures, courtesy tray items, shower walls, windows, doors, door locking systems, decorative items, elevator, etc.)
• human and animal soiling that does not fall within the scope of normal and respectful use of the premises.

An additional charge of one night's stay will be invoiced in the event of a late and unauthorized departure.

En cas de non-présentation à l'hôtel, un minimum d'une nuit sera débité.

En application de l'article L.221-28 du Code de la Consommation concernant les exceptions de rétractation à une vente, le client réservant une chambre d'hôtel ne dispose pas du délai de rétractation légal de 14 jours. La vente est ferme.‍
